We understand that buying a new home can be a little daunting, that’s why our Homeowner Care team is here to help you settle into your new home with ease. Once your home is nearing completion, you will be scheduled for a new home orientation where you and a Homeowner Care Representative will inspect the home and make written note of any cosmetic improvements needed prior to closing escrow. During this orientation we will explain your New Home Limited Warranty and all of the inner-workings of your home, ensuring that you are comfortable with all things related to it. Upon close of escrow, a comprehensive homeowner manual will be given to you for reference.
Our commitment to extraordinary care doesn’t just stop when you move in. Need to submit a service request? Our online portal is available 24/7 to receive it, and in case of emergency, we offer a 24-hour hotline to assist you. For your convenience, a copy of the homeowner manual can be accessed through your online portal.
Intracorp New Home Limited Warranty
One of the great benefits of buying a new Intracorp Home is the Intracorp New Home Limited Warranty that offers you peace of mind and protects against the unexpected. Before you ever receive your keys, your home undergoes a comprehensive inspection process throughout the course of construction. These consist of City inspections at numerous stages of construction, internal inspections at critical milestones and expert third-party consultant oversight. We are proud of our New Home Limited Warranty and our commitment to deliver an extraordinary experience to all our homeowners.
The Intracorp New Home Limited Warranty includes a one-year warranty covering specific “fit and finish” elements of your home, while other portions of your home will have longer extended warranty coverage from the manufacturer. Additionally, your Intracorp home is covered by a limited structural warranty, which generally covers the foundation, framing, and structural hardware, and lasts up to 10 years. Complete details of this warranty will be described in the Limited Warranty provided as part of your purchase experience.
